How often do I have to pick up my pulled titles?
To remain current, we ask that pull box customers pick up (or ship) their pulled titles at least once a month. If your box hasn’t been picked up in 30 days, then we will give you a warning call. If you still haven’t picked up your subscriptions at 60 days, we will attempt a final call and then suspend your account holding all titles for an additional 2 weeks. That 2-week period gives you one last opportunity to clear everything out before we put your books out for sale or offer them up to other subscribers, however you will have lost your subscriber discount once you are past 60 days on your pulls.
Please note, that if we see you are putting books back out upon pickup and only purchasing a portion of your subbed titles every month, then we will need to suspend your pull service to help prevent further losses. This pull service is a privilege, not a right. We order for our subscribers first, before ordering for the store, so being mindful of this helps prevent unnecessary losses for our small business.
Can I add back issues or inactive titles?
No. Our pull list is a service for putting aside new comics.
Can I add variant covers?
You are free to add variant covers so long as you understand that you may not get them. This is a pull service, not a speculation service. Due to the nature of how variants are distributed, we may be able to fulfill your variant pull or not. Pulls for incentive variants will not be fulfilled, but we can put your name down on a hold list, if we get one in. No incentive variants will be held for more than 48 hours.
Can I put items on hold, layaway, or make live sale claims if my pull box is not up to date?
We are a brick-and-mortar store, and we only have so much space. However, if your pull box is not past the 30-day mark, we will allow for additional holds, layaway sales or live sale claims. All items on hold, layaway or claimed during one of our live shows are subject to additional terms.
How long does it take for my subscribed titles to start pulling?
Please note that we may not be able to pull the first one or two issues of your titles from the date you signed up, depending on their Final Order Cutoff dates. We must submit FOC counts for all books a minimum of 4+ weeks before their release dates. When you add any new pull titles, we try our best to special order any issues that are past FOC, but we are not always able to secure them due to allocations or low print runs, etc.
I'd like to close my pull list. How do I do that?
